Terms of Service

By accessing and using the services provided by CANGEO Solutions Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

CANGEO Solutions Inc. provides digital transformation services including but not limited to web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, UI/UX design, digital signage solutions, and custom software development. The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual project agreements.

All content, features, and functionality on our website and in our deliverables are owned by CANGEO Solutions Inc. or our licensors. Upon full payment, clients receive appropriate licenses or ownership rights as specified in their project agreements. Unauthorized use of our systems, copying of content, or breach of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.

Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals and agreements. Generally: • A deposit is required to commence work • Progress payments may be required for larger projects • Final payment is due upon project completion • Late payments may incur additional fees

We commit to delivering projects according to agreed specifications and timelines. Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback and necessary materials. Delays caused by client non-responsiveness may affect project timelines.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, proprietary information, and project details unless otherwise agreed.

CANGEO Solutions Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Termination terms, including payment for work completed and return of materials, will be handled according to the specific project agreement.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any modifications implies acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active clients of significant changes.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
